One of the first skyscrapers on the Corniche Road in Jeddah. The project is of an area of 10500 square meters and consists of two towers, the 54-storey West Tower, 240 meters high, contains a restaurant and occupies the last two floors, and contains the first sloping elevator in the region.

While The East Tower contain 13 floors. The 2 towers  connect in the first eight floors.
